In Blairstown, NJ, the Givens-Belet Community Center is located at 29 Hope Rd, Blairstown. The center, which opened on June 8, honors two fallen soldiers: Frank R. Givens (WWI) and Robert A. Belet (WWII). The renovation and reopening of the center was undertaken by the Blairstown Rotary. The Givens-Belet Community Center is also known as the Givens-Belet American Legion Post #258.

The native pollinator gardens were established and are maintained by Warren County Pollinator Protectors.
